Sprunki Swapped Horror — Nothing Sounds Right

You know these characters. You’ve heard them a hundred times. In Swapped Horror nothing comes out the way it should — and that’s the whole point.
The Roles Got Switched
Character roles and voices have been swapped. A beat character will suddenly sing at you, and a vocalist might be the one dropping percussion underneath everything.
The horror sits on top of that. Bright visuals get pulled into shadowier tones, cheerful sounds get replaced with darker ones. The mod runs on Scratch, credited to PuffBarIs968 on the Scratch version.
Why This One Gets Under Your Skin
No gore here. No blood, no survivor canon, no fates to track. The discomfort is something else entirely.
Your brain knows what each character should sound like — it’s been trained by every other version of Sprunki. Swapped Horror just keeps being wrong about it, over and over.
Half the Fun Is Figuring Out What’s What
Every combination throws something unexpected at you. Part of playing is sitting there working out who got swapped with who.
Then you change the lineup and the puzzle resets.
Stuff That Doesn’t Sound Right
Is Sprunki Swapped Horror free?
Yes — free in your browser, no download. Built on Scratch, plays straight from the embed above.
What actually got swapped?
Character roles and voices. A beat character might now be on vocals, a vocalist might be dropping percussion — nothing sits where you remember it.
Is it scary?
Not jumpscare-scary. It’s unsettling in a quieter way — recognising a character and getting the wrong sound out of them. See the proper horror flip if you want the classic version.
If you’d rather meet the unswapped cast or just pick something else from the lineup, both are right here.
